Enabling works by the O’Keefe Group were completed on a residential-led, mixed-use scheme at the heart of the £2.5 billion regeneration of Wembley Park.

This project for Quintain comprised of enabling works, earthwork support and bearing piles for four tower blocks of up to 20 storeys over a single-storey retail level, basement car park and courtyard space. The piling package also included a contiguous piled retaining wall around the perimeter of the site, south of the iconic National Stadium.
