Following the demolition of the industrial units on site O’Keefe were contracted to construct the six 10 storey residential blocks on site. Initial works included the site-wide drainage including a 260,000ltr Helibore retention system and associated subterranean pumping station. Using BAMTEC and extensive pre-fabrication methods we were able to expediate the programme and mitigate the confines of the site which included a Network Rail line and high footfall of pedestrians around the site.

With phased completions to ensure residents “move in” dates were hit, we managed the external works packages and 278 works with liaison of up to 38 different trades at any one time including associated traffic management and public interface logistics.
